Role To support the team in delivering high-quality care and learning opportunities, while completing a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification for 12 months and 1 day. The role combines hands-on experience with structured training. Key Responsibilities - Assist in planning and delivering play-based learning activities. - Support children’s personal, social, emotional and physical development. - Help with daily routines including meals, toileting and sleep times. - Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment. - Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families. - Follow all safeguarding, EYFS and health & safety procedures. - Attend training sessions, submit coursework and engage with assessor visits. Requirements - Passion and genuine interest in working with young children. - Willingness to learn, reflect and grow professionally. - Enhanced DBS required. - Right to work in the UK.

Supporting and supervising and providing particular welfare/personal/hygiene/medical/therapeutic support for children with SEN and ensure their safety. ● Assisting with promoting inclusion by establishing constructive relationships with children and interacting with them according to their individual needs and by assisting in the implementation of the nursery’s additional and different provision map ● Encouraging children’s interactions and engagement with activities. ● Assisting with the development and implementation of individual education/behaviour plans and personal care programmes and providing specific support. ● Providing cover for members of staff, if required. ● Monitoring and recording children’s progress and report as required.
