WMC Training is seeking a dedicated Nursery apprentice to join the professional, rewarding, and supportive team at Sutton Coldfield (B72).
The ideal candidate will bring previous experience working with children ,a genuine interest in developing the talent of younger generations, and a strong desire to make a difference in children's lives.
MUST have experience working at the nursery setting before . You will be a collaborative team member, equally capable of taking initiative, and adept at planning enriching activities.
DUTIES
To support fellow educators/practitioners to deliver the setting’s curriculum and standard of practice.
2. To work towards an early years qualification with support from the setting’s staff and training provider.
3. To seek support from members of the team to assist your learning.
