We’re Recruiting: Deputy Manager / Baby Room Leader
Are you an experienced early years leader who can combine confident nursery management with an instinctive understanding of babies?
Colourbox Montessori School is looking for a warm, capable and ambitious Deputy Manager / Baby Room Leader to join our leadership team at Colourbox Montessori @ Cherry Trees, Risby, Suffolk.
This is a significant dual role. You will lead our beautiful baby room, creating a calm, nurturing and developmentally rich environment, while also working alongside the Nursery Manager to support the effective leadership of the whole setting.
You will be someone who:
Holds a recognised Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification
Has strong experience working with babies and understands their unique developmental needs
Can lead, inspire and develop a team
Is confident supporting safeguarding, compliance and high-quality practice
Builds warm, professional relationships with children and families
Can step confidently into the Nursery Manager’s role when required
Is reflective, organised and ready to continue developing as a senior leader

Location: Colourbox Montessori @ Cherry Trees, Risby, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Hours: 35-40 hours, 4 or 5 day week
