When you join us we work with you individually to plan your career path and to look at what we need to put in place for you to reach your professional goals. We have 6 nurseries in West Suffolk and that means that we can offer you promotions and superb in-house training (including Montessori training). We pay for your DBS, uniform (plus an annual uniform allowance), external training and we pay you for the hours that you spend training. Our new pay scale clearly shows you how you can enhance your pay rate by adding new skills and qualifications to your portfolio.
