Colourbox Montessori School Ltd

Colourbox has been established for 30 years and is small enough to be personal but big enough to offer exciting career opportunities.

It goes without saying that every Childcare & Education practitioner wants the best for the children in their care – and we expect that you are already a passionate, professional and dedicated team-player. But what can we do for you? Our motto is ‘Excited about life, excited about learning’ and that goes for the staff team as well as the children. When you join us we work with you individually to plan your career path and to look at what we need to put in place for you to reach your professional goals. We have 6 nurseries in West Suffolk and that means that we can offer you promotions and superb in-house training (including Montessori training). We pay for your DBS, uniform (plus an annual uniform allowance), external training and we pay you for the hours that you spend training. Our new pay scale clearly shows you how you can enhance your pay rate by adding new skills and qualifications to your portfolio.
