We are lookng for an Early Years Practitioner who can be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for children aged 18mths-5 years. They will support children's learning and development in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare & Development:
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development through structured and free play.
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, identifying any additional support needs.
Encourage children's independence and self-confidence through positive interactions and praise.
Promote inclusive practices, ensuring that all children feel valued and supported.
