Do you have a passion for supporting children's play? Are you able to join in and follow their interests? Do you want to work in Early Years without the stress of planning and paperwork?
The successful candidates needs a minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification.
If successful you will be a Keyworker, supporting an Early Years Educator. With your key group you will need to be confident to build parent partnerships, meet your key children's daily needs, support their play and follow their interests.
Key aspects of the role include:
To safeguard and promote the welfare of all children
To support the adult led activities planned by colleagues
To interact and engage in children's child-initiated play, extending children's vocabulary and knowledge through play
Contribute to a stimulating learning environment indoors and outdoors
Adapt communication, teaching and play strategies to include all children and meet individual needs
