The successful candidates needs a minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification.
If successful you will be a Keyworker, supporting an Early Years Educator. With your key group you will need to be confident to build parent partnerships, meet your key children's daily needs, support their play and follow their interests.

£300 WELCOME BONUS on successful completion of probation period.
Desirable qualities include Paediatric First Aid training and basic Makaton skill, however all statutory training and opportunities to complete further stand alone professional development units can be provided for free to Flying Start staff.
Early Years Educator vacancies also available, which include planning and leading teaching and the nursery environments, with an increased rate of pay.
Positions available in our Pool, Camborne and Redruth settings. (1 Term Time Only position available at Redruth)
