We are looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager to join the team at this family-run nursery in Wimbledon, with an ASAP start! This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Deputy Manager, Third in Charge or high-performance Room Leader to showcase their leadership and management skills and it can be a great stepping stone in your career! JOB PURPOSE As a deputy nursery manager, you will be assisting the nursery management on the day-to-day running of one of the two nurseries and a drop-in centre. You will work with the nursery manager to effectively lead all the staff within QCCA’s children services ensuring consistency in policy whilst developing and inspiring the team to excel in their endeavours. In the absence of the nursery manager, you will undertake the day-today management of the nursery.
