Deputy Manager role available at a new nursery setting in Battersea!

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join the team at this wonderful nursery, that has recently opened a new setting in Battersea. You will be supporting the Nursery Manager as this nursery grows, and you will have site-wide responsibility.

This is a full time and permanent Deputy Nursery Manager role to work Monday-Friday, salary ranging from £38k-£40k per annum. As a Deputy Nursery Manager, it's essential you have experience in a similar role within a nursery, and that you hold a relevant Early Years or Childcare qualification. Excellent leadership skills, plus strong knowledge of early years processes and safeguarding is required.

You will build strong and effective relationships with colleagues, parents/carers, and external organisations, so strong communication skills are needed, and a great attitude and commitment towards EYFS is essential as you will be promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery for both staff and children.
