About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our team at Perrotts Folly Nursery. Having recently completed our initial registration journey in late 2024, we are seeking an enthusiastic leader who can drive high standards of care, manage day-to-day operations, and help our setting thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Ofsted guidelines.
Lead on staff recruitment, induction, mentoring, and regular supervision.
Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and maintain a secure environment for all children.
Build strong, professional partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community....
