We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Room Leader to support the leadership of our toddler room. Someone who is not only nurturing and attentive, but confident, organised, and ready to lead by example.

The Role

As Room Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care and practice for our youngest children.

You will:

• Support the team in the day-to-day running of the room

• Take shared responsibility for planning, routines, and environment set-up

• Lead by example in delivering responsive, attentive care to young children

• Build strong, trusting relationships with families, offering reassurance and communication

• Guide and support team members to maintain consistent, high-quality practice

• Step confidently into leadership with support throughout your own developmental path

This is a hands-on leadership role where your presence, tone, and attention to detail truly matter.

Who We’re Looking For

• A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years

• Experience working with children 2-3 years old

• A strong understanding of attachment, routines, and emergent communication and language needs

• Confidence in supporting others and stepping into a leadership role

• A good knowledge of Safeguarding and EYFS

• Right to work in the UK and willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS
