Early Years Nursery Deputy Manager

We are a small nursery seeking a dedicated early years professional to join our team, helping to lead and drive the setting forward. Helping to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment, that supports all children's learning and development.
The ideal candidate would have excellent knowledge of the Early Years Framework and strong communication skills. This position would suit both an experienced Deputy Manager or someone wanting to take the next step into a leadership role.
Duties
Assisting in the day to day running of the setting receiving a full induction and training packing.
Helping to lead and support a team of childcare professionals by being a supportive mentor and role model.
Ensure strong relationships with parents through effective and transparent communication, providing regular updates on their child's development and help them feel involved in the nursery day.
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all.
Monitor child development through regular assessments and observation on our app.
Requirements
A Full and Relevant Childcare Qualification
A strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
Experience of working with children in a caring and nurturing capacity is essential.
Have excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues.
To be able to motivate staff trough hands on role modelling and mentoring.
Good organisational skills with the abilitly to multi task and prioritise work load ensuring that safeguarding and the children come first at all times.
