About Daisy Fays Carnon Downs

Established in 2011 as our very first nursery, Carnon Downs marks the beginning of the Daisy Fays journey. Situated between Truro and Falmouth, close to the King Harry Ferry and Royal Cornwall Hospital, this well-established setting is surrounded by beautiful countryside and thriving village communities.

Your Role

• Create engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity and confidence
• Support children's individual development through play-based learning
• Build meaningful relationships with families and the local community
• Encourage outdoor exploration and learning opportunities
• Contribute to a nurturing, family-focused environment
• Maintain safeguarding and welfare standards at all times

What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for child development and learning through play
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working within a close-knit nursery community

Important Information

All roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification. All employees must subscribe to the DBS Update Service once their DBS has been processed.
