As a Nursery Apprentice, you will learn alongside experienced educators, Montessori practitioners, Forest School leaders, SEN specialists, and leadership teams who are deeply invested in developing people.

We pay for your DBS, uniform (plus an annual uniform allowance), external training and we pay you for the hours that you spend training. Our new pay scale clearly shows you how you can enhance your pay rate by adding new skills and qualifications to your portfolio.
