Deputy Nursery Manager needed in Greenford

We are looking for a strong and dedicated Deputy Manager to join the team at this lovely nursery in Greenford! This is a great role either for a Deputy Manager looking for a change of setting or a Room Leader/Third in Charge wanting to further their early years career and step up.

This permanent Deputy Manager role is to work 4 days a week (Tuesday-Friday, 7:45am-6pm), with a salary of £33k per annum. Benefits include:

It is essential for this Deputy Nursery Manager role that you hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, and that you have experience working in a nursery or early years setting, with experience leading a room or taking on deputy tasks ideally.

Good understanding of safeguarding and EYFS are required for this role, and you should have excellent communication and leadership skills. Passion for early years education is important for this Deputy Manager role too.
