Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Colourbox Montessori School – Red Lodge

We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner to join our Red Lodge team... someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

The Role
You’ll be at the heart of the children’s experience: guiding, observing, and supporting their development through purposeful play and carefully prepared environments.
You will:
- Take ownership of a key group, deeply understanding each child’s development and next steps
- Create and maintain a beautiful, engaging environment that invites exploration
- Support free-flow learning, both indoors and outdoors
- Build meaningful relationships with families, becoming a trusted partner in their child’s journey
- Work as part of a team that reflects, evolves, and strives for excellence every day

Who We’re Looking For
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities
- Someone who is warm, proactive, and reflective in their practice
- A team player who brings positive energy and professionalism
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
