About the position

Your role:

• Supporting children's development through the provision of safe, stimulating child-centred learning

and play

• Delivering activities to support and extend children’s learning and development outcomes

• Monitoring, assessing and recording children’s progress

• Planning and delivering next steps to support children’s development

• Being a responsible Key person of enrolled children

• Leading a Team of Staffs efficiently and effectively on daily basis of nursery operation

• Support Nursery Management Team with Closing and Opening of the nursery setting based on Rota

Shift

• Prepare & Implement Induction & Supervision of Staffs under your management

• Prepare & Conduct Parents Meeting and other Nursery Events

• Actively participate in operational meetings with staffs and management team to improve daily

operation of the nursery setting.

What you will need:

• Relevant UK Early Years Teaching Qualification of level 3 or above

• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework

• A good understanding of Safeguarding procedures in Early Years nursery setting

• A good understanding of planning, observing and record-keeping procedures

• A positive, dedicated teamwork sprit and passion for children's learning

• A Strong Punctuality and Work-Ethics with commitment to work

Requirement for Hiring:

• Two satisfactory relevant references

• Satisfactory Enhanced DBS disclosure check.
