Our nursery is a vibrant setting with great transport links, being located close to Bristol Temple Meads. The role involves preparing and cooking fresh breakfasts, home cooked lunches, and teas for babies and young children to a set menu. As well as preparing food, the role will involve stock management, washing up duties and maintaining a clean kitchen. Very high levels of cleanliness and hygiene are required and familiarity with Safer Food Better Business is preferred. Food Hygiene certificate is essential. The ideal Candidate will have experience of cooking in a similar environment. Awareness of allergy’s, dietary requirements and cross contamination is essential.
