You will work with team, families, and external professionals to provide the right help at the right time, minimising disruption and maximising outcomes for every child. To provide and upskill the team of Early Years Educators with strategies and skills to help support children and families through regular interactions and specific training such as use of early engaging play and modelled speech, language and communication skills.
