Key Responsibilities: Childcare and Education: Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 2-4 years.  Delivering an appropriate play-based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.  Observing and tracking children's development, and planning activities to support their individual progress.  Providing a high standard of care and implementing positive behavior management strategies.  Staff Management: Supervising and mentoring staff within the room, including nursery practitioners, assistants, and apprentices.  Delegating responsibilities and ensuring staff are working effectively.   Parental Partnerships: Building positive relationships with parents and communicating effectively about their child's development.  Involving parents in their child's learning and development.  Addressing any concerns or questions from parents.  Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records of children's...
