Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our Childcare on Domestic Premises (CODP) mini nursery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations, and delivering high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Ensure strict adherence to Ofsted standards, EYFS requirements, and safeguarding regulations.
Supervise, support, and lead staff, ensuring appropriate staff-to-child ratios are maintained.
Develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and curriculum plans.
