To provide a safe and stimulating environment and provide high quality activities in consultation with children to support their varying needs ● To ensure that all activities are carried out within an equal opportunities framework ● To develop and maintain good relationships and communication with parents/carers and other professionals working with the children ● Assist with healthy snack preparation and delivery ● To assist in maintaining material and equipment and ensure that the After School Club maintains a good standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times ● To keep abreast of developments and all aspects of Childcare through information given by the Director/Manager/Deputy Manager and through attending regular training ● To attend staff meetings and Inset days as required
