Caring Kindergartens are looking for a friendly and proactive HR, Payroll & Nursery Administration Assistant to join our Head Office team and support our group of nurseries.
This varied and rewarding role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment — from supporting accurate payroll and HR administration, to helping nurseries with funding, invoicing, and day-to-day operational support.
This is a part-time role (hours and working week can be negotiated at interview stage for the right applicant)
What You’ll Do
Maintain and update HR records, ensuring all employee information is accurate and up to date
Be responsible for recruitment and onboarding, including contracts and new starter paperwork
