The right person may have experience working in a kitchen, catering role, or may simply have the enthusiasm, reliability and positive attitude we are looking for. The role involves preparing and serving of meals, maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the nursery and helping to create a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment for children. At La Maternelle Family Childcare we are keen to employ the ‘right person’. The right person can be qualified or unqualified, experienced or in-experienced. Personality, enthusiasm and ambition are the most important qualities within our practitioners. The role is 9.30am – 2.30pm. We have great facilities such as a cosy and well equipped staff room which includes a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate, staff wellbeing resources (colouring books, fidget toys, zen garden, salt lamp) and added extras throughout the year to enjoy before or after work. The role is 7.30am – 6.00pm with a 45 minute lunch break, and a 15 minute break, which can be taken in our cosy and well equipped staff room which includes a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate, staff wellbeing resources (colouring books, fidget toys) and added extras throughout the year.
