Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship - Level 5 - Bumpers Nursery Shoots Training are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Bumpers Nursery as a Level 5 Childcare Apprentice as a Room Lead. We nurture children in a safe, secure, caring environment according to their individual interests and needs. We will provide care to support every child’s potential and ability and encourage children to express themselves in their feelings, words and creativity. To support this we have developed many different ways to do this, for example: we encourage painting with all different colours, shapes and toys to create interesting designs for the children to engage with. We are currently recruiting for a  Room Leader (who will be based in our 2 to 3 year old room), to join our friendly team in Paignton. The setting is located on Midvale Road and is situated in a large semi-detached property in the town centre, within walking distance of Paignton train and coach stations, schools, shops and other local amenities. We offer high-quality childcare for children aged three months to five years. Children are cared for in three well-resourced rooms which cater for the specific needs of each age-group. Based over three floors, the nursery has a very homely feel helping children to settle in quickly. We have also created a sensory room that all of our children love exploring.
