We are currently recruiting for a  Room Leader  to join our friendly team in Totterdown, Bristol. Our nursery is a vibrant setting with great transport links, being located close to Bristol Temple Meads. As team leader, you will play a vital part in helping to inspire our children and motivate our staff within the room, exemplifying good practice and being a role model for others. You will ensure that children are safe, cared for and educated to the highest standard at all times. You will be at least  level 3 qualified  with a full and relevant Early Years qualification. It is important that you have a good understanding of the EYFS and have a minimum of 2 years experience in an early years setting. The role is Full Time, 40 hours per week. Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship - Level 5 - Bumpers Nursery Shoots Training are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Bumpers Nursery as a Level 5 Childcare Apprentice as a Room Lead. We nurture children in a safe, secure, caring environment according to their individual interests and needs. We will provide care to support every child’s potential and ability and encourage children to express themselves in their feelings, words and creativity. To support this we have developed many different ways to do this, for example: we encourage painting with all different colours, shapes and toys to create interesting designs for the children to engage with.
