About the Role Your Responsibilities Curriculum Excellence: Design and implement a broad, balanced curriculum that meets the unique interests of every child in your room. Staff Management: Direct the daily workflow of your team, ensuring tasks are delegated fairly and everyone remains engaged. Observation & Assessment: Oversee the "Key Person" system within your room, ensuring all learning journals are up-to-date and accurate. Behavior Modeling: Use positive reinforcement strategies to manage behavior and support children's social and emotional development.
