New Nursery in Northfleet, Gravesend looking for a strong and dedicated Manager to join the team ASAP! This wonderful independent nursery is starts in January and is a 37 place setting, with dedicated rooms for each age group, alongside a large and secure outdoor play area perfect for extended learning and play. We are looking for a Nursery Manager who is passionate about early years education and has experience working as a Manager or Deputy Manager in a nursery. You will ensure safeguarding practices are followed at all times and that the curriculum is implemented effectively and fully in line with EYFS requirements. To ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to.   To recruit, support, train and appraise all staff.   To ensure that all children attending the setting are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.
