To effectively manage the day-to-day running of the Nursery, including financial operations.    To ensure that all legislation in relation to registration with regulatory bodies, Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Birth to Five matters, special needs, safeguarding, Health & Safety is met. To ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to.   To recruit, support, train and appraise all staff.   To ensure that all children attending the setting are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.
