To ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to.   To recruit, support, train and appraise all staff.   To ensure that all children attending the setting are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.  

Nursery Manager needed at this vibrant and welcoming nursery in Canning Town! We are looking for a Nursery Manager who is passionate about early years education and has experience working as a Manager or Deputy Manager in a nursery. You will ensure safeguarding practices are followed at all times and that the curriculum is implemented effectively and fully in line with EYFS requirements. As a Nursery Manager, some of your key responsibilities will also include building relationships with parents/carers, managing staff and resources, and promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the nursery for both staff and children.
