Our nursery is a vibrant setting with great transport links, being located close to Bristol Temple Meads. The role involves preparing and cooking fresh breakfasts, home cooked lunches, and teas for babies and young children to a set menu. As well as preparing food, the role will involve stock management, washing up duties and maintaining a clean kitchen. Very high levels of cleanliness and hygiene are required and familiarity with Safer Food Better Business is preferred. Food Hygiene certificate is essential. Our setting offers a stimulating, safe and welcoming environment to children and is focused on providing outstanding care to children from 3 months old to 4 years of age. You will be responsible for ensuring the nursery is kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Duties will include cleaning the nursery, floors/carpets, toilets, base rooms, sleep rooms and staff areas. You will also report any maintenance issues that prevent safe and efficient cleaning of these areas. The ideal Candidate will have experience of cleaning in a similar environment.
