Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner needed in Holland Park with ASAP start. We are looking for a L3 Early Years Practitioner to join the team at this lovely nursery school. This role is to cover for at least 7 weeks, but is a great way to get your foot in the door and open up new opportunities. This nursery school is closed in the school holidays, and the hours are 9am-4pm. The pay will be £14-£15 per hour. The nursery school is dedicated to fostering an atmosphere of warmth and belonging, and has built an environment that feels like a second home for the children. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner you will be assisting the nursery management on the day-to-day running of the nursery. You will be supporting the room leader and the team to plan and deliver the highest standard of care throughout the nurseries as detailed in the childcare audit and OFSTED inspections. You will be flexible and will adapt to any of the rooms and setting as and when needed. You will maintain regular learning journals of all the children to measure their development and to able to efficiently and effectively hand over key person’s responsibility. You will proactively work with the nursery manager, the deputy manager and the room leader to promote positive and healthy working culture whilst inspiring the team to excel in their endeavours.
