Lakera Early Years Nursery is seeking a passionate, experienced and motivated Deputy Nursery Manager to support the Nursery Manager in the effective day-to-day running of our nursery. We provide high-quality care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years, creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can learn, develop and thrive. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of childcare, education, safeguarding and development. This is a room-based leadership position, combining direct work with children with management responsibilities and support for the nursery team.
