Wh at  a   Deputy  Nursery  Manager  needs : Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification. Excellent understanding of EYFS. Extensive knowledge of safeguarding. Deputy or Leadership experience within a nursery to take charge of the setting in the managers absence.
