Colourbox Montessori School are currently recruiting for an outstanding Chef to cater for the children within our setting. This role is a part-time position, over 3 days, 16.5 hours per week (9am to 3pm) and with the opportunity for professional development and additional training. Benefits: Uniform/ equipment provided. We are looking for an experienced Nursery Chef to join the team at this lovely nursery in Lewisham! This is a permanent role to work full time - 40 hours per week with shift between the hours of 7.30am and 6.30pm. The salary would be £31k per annum. It is essential that you have experience working as a Chef in a nursery for this role, and strong knowledge and awareness of allergens and dietary requirements is required. As a Nursery Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting age-appropriate meals for children, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times. Working closely with the rest of the nursery team plus parents/carers, you will also support children's overall care and educational experience.
