Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship – Bouncy Bear Childcare

Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship with Bouncy Bear Childcare.

Bouncy Bear Childcare opened in 2004 and has been lovingly caring for children for over a decade in Wellington, Somerset. We care for children aged 0 - 5 years old. We offer high quality, affordable childcare, where the children have the opportunities and support to reach their fullest potential in a warm, fun and welcoming environment.

Your roles and responsibilities will include;

• Support the key members of the team and learn the role of a nursery practitioner
• Assist with the implementing of planning the day's activities
• Supporting the children with all aspects of learning and play and keeping them safe whilst in their care
• Undertaking all aspects of personal care and helping at mealtimes
• General housekeeping duties
• Liaising with parents

Requirements;

• A Level 2 childcare qualification would be desirable, or you must have a good level of experience working in a nursery setting
• You must be able to gain a clear DBS
• GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent are desired

Hours; 

• Bouncy Bear Childcare are open from 08.00-18:00 Monday to Friday
• The successful candidate will be required to work 37 hours per week, with shift patterns to be discussed
