Position: Nursery Practitioner
Lots for Tots Childcare – Opening September
Full-time or part-time roles | Shifts between 7:15am–6:00pm

Are you passionate about helping little ones grow, learn and thrive? Do you want to be part of something special from the very beginning?

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and caring Nursery Practitioners to join the Lots for Tots team as we open the doors to our brand-new, purpose-built nursery this September!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating a warm, loving, and inspiring environment for every child
• Supporting routines like mealtimes, hygiene, and nappy changes with care and sensitivity
• Planning fun, creative activities that spark curiosity and build confidence
• Using the EYFS framework to support every child’s individual learning journey
• Working hand-in-hand with a supportive team and building positive partnerships with families
• Taking part in observations, planning and celebrations of children’s progress
• Promoting a safe, secure and inclusive space where every child can shine

We’d Love to Hear from You if You:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (or Level 2 with experience and the desire to progress)
• Have a sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding principles
• Are full of energy, warmth, and a genuine love for working with children
• Can be a team player who brings positivity and passion to every day
• Are reliable, proactive, and always ready to learn and grow
