Are you a passionate Preschool practitioner searching for a new opportunity in a forward thinking, supportive team environment?
Hanslope PreSchool has recently relocated from the Village Hall, where we had been a packaway setting, to a dedicated site on Hanslope Primary School, MK19 7BL. The move has opened up a wealth of new opportunities for our children and facilitated a period of exciting growth and development. We support children and families in both our immediate community and in surrounding villages. Having led the transition from the old site and established the team in our new home our current Practice Manager is now following a new adventure. We are also seeking to increase our staff team through an additional Level 2 or Level 3 practitioner.

Hours: 20 hours per week (Term time only)
Salary: From £12.35 (Level 2) per hour (pay scale policy in place up to Level 7)
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to use your initiative.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team, with a strong ability to communicate with other staff members, parents and the committee.
- Confident in contributing to the development of activities that are creative, challenging, and in line with current EYF guidelines and our curriculum.
- Acting as a ‘key person’ with children’s observations, keeping records up-to-date, and writing children’s progress reports.
- Hold an NVQ level 2 qualification or above or equivalent

At Hanslope Pre-school, we aim for the children to be confident and happy learners... but most importantly, have fun. Our staff has designed a curriculum that sets out what we want children to learn during their time at Pre-school. This is delivered through a mixture of adult-led and child-led experiences both indoors and outdoors. The well-thought-out environment ensures children are engaged in play and learning whilst developing their independence skills. The curriculum supports children to grow and develop ready for their next stage in learning.
