Nursery Practitioner

Duties: - Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences - Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow - Support children's social, emotional, and physical development - Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the well-being of each child - Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development - Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of all children

Qualifications: - Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent - Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting - Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work as part of a team - A positive and nurturing approach to working with children
