Job Description
About the role
-Delivering high-quality care and play-based learning for 2 to 4 year olds
-Planning EYFS activities and tracking each child’s progress
-Supporting children with their individual needs, including SEND
-Building positive relationships with parents and carers
-Upholding safeguarding and welfare standards
Are you:
-Qualified with a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards one)
-Passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development through play
-Warm, nurturing and approachable, with strong communication skills
-Attentive and observant, able to support children as individuals
-Reliable and proactive, with a positive and flexible attitude
-Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
-A team player, happy to work closely with colleagues, families and the wider preschool
community
