Early Years Practitioner

Are you an Early Years Practitioner who wants to make a positive impact on young children's lives and their early development?  

This welcoming nursery in Barking is seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join the committed and hardworking team ASAP!    

Working 40 hours per week throughout the year, this is a permanent Early Years Practitioner position that offers exciting benefits such as performance bonuses, additional training opportunities, and a competitive salary ranging from £26k-£30k per annum. There are also chances for career development and growth within the nursery, including Room Leader positions. 

As an Early Years Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  

• Planning and delivering engaging and fun activities that support children's learning
• Observing, assessing, and documenting key children’s progress  
• Supporting daily routines
• Assisting with early reading, vocabulary and literacy, and early maths skills development  

Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is essential, along with a minimum Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
