What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the day-to-day operation of your nursery room
• Inspiring and supporting a team of practitioners, apprentices and students
• Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Building strong relationships with children and families
• Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
• Promoting safeguarding, inclusion and best practice throughout the nursery
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can flourish.
• Support continuous improvement and quality across the nursery.
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team to deliver exceptional childcare and early education.

What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
•  Previous leadership experience within an early years setting
•  Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
•  Excellent communication and organisational skills
•  A positive, supportive and proactive leadership style
