We’re excited to be recruiting for a permanent Early Years Practitioner position for a setting in the Bristol area of BS7.
The Role…
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play an important role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing. You’ll help create a safe, stimulating and caring environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Supporting children’s individual learning journeys and development
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
- Following safeguarding procedures and promoting children’s welfare
- Working as part of a supportive early years team
- Contributing to observations, assessments and children’s development records
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners who have a genuine passion for working with children.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
- A caring, positive and reliable approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Enthusiasm, patience and a positive attitude
