Shooting Stars Nurseries is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years professional to oversee our thriving Pre-Toddler Room at our Bromsgrove nursery.
This is an exciting opportunity for an established Room Leader, Senior Early Years Educator, or experienced Nursery Practitioner looking to further develop their leadership career within a well-respected nursery group.
You'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for children, guiding colleagues to deliver outstanding practice, and ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and safeguarding are maintained every day.
As Room Manager for our Pre-Toddler Room, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team whilst creating an engaging environment where young children can learn, explore and flourish.
