Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship  – Buds to Blossoms Nursery

Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Buds to Blossoms Nursery, East Molesey.

Requirements;

• You must be able to gain a clear DBS
• Preferably have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English, or equivalent or willing to work towards them

We’re Buds to Blossoms, a family-run outdoor learning provider and nursery in the heart of East Molesey, Surrey. Surrounded by acres of green space and our own exclusive outdoor learning area, we offer babies and children aged 6 months to 5 years a nurturing, imagination-sparking setting — indoors and out.

Our nursery ethos wholeheartedly embraces the outdoors and the many benefits the natural world has on children’s development, from building little ones’ confidence, to fostering social skills through play and exploration.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Must love the outdoors and be able to work in all weathers.
• Love getting muddy, exploring nature, being creative and helping little imaginations grow
• Be enthusiastic, caring and inspiring person
• We are ideally looking for someone with a special skill, this could be: Outdoor & Forest School enthusiasts, Performers & creatives, Singers, dancers & musicians, Sports & movement specialists
• People who simply have a genuine passion for working with children

We believe some of the best childhood memories are made outside – digging, building, creating, climbing, singing, exploring and discovering the world together.

We’re looking for people with energy, warmth, imagination and personality who aren't afraid of muddy boots!

Early Years qualifications and experience are welcomed, but for the right roles we're also interested in people from creative, performance, sport and outdoor backgrounds who would love to develop a career in Early Years.

Hours;

• Buds to Blossoms Nursery is open from 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
• The successful candidate will be required to work 35 - 40 hours per week
