We are looking for an inspirational and dedicated Preschool Manager to lead our warm and welcoming, charity-run rural setting.
The successful candidate will work closely with our dedicated team, families and wider community, providing a strong leadership while ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and safeguarding.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic leader to join our established team.
Essential Qualifications for this role:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification as a minimum.
- Safeguarding/Child Protection training appropriate to the role.
- Experience working in an early years/preschool setting, with experience of leading or managing a team desirable.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and current safeguarding requirements.
Desirables
- Understanding and willingness to embrace the preschool’s Curiosity Approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to the daily needs of the children and staff.
- Experience in leadership/management of a childcare setting.
- A passion for young childrens learning and development.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification, ideally meeting the EYFS requirements.
- Co-operative skills and team player.
- Sense of humour!
