Early Years Practitioner

North West London - Level 3 Early Years Practitioners needed!  
   
This inclusive and vibrant nursery in Brent is now looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join the dedicated team, starting in ASAP! 
   
This is a lovely, family-owned nursery which aims to meet every child's needs, build their confidence and self-esteem in a natural environment, and nurture a lifelong love of the outdoors - this nursery has a large private garden and has regular trips to local parks and green spaces. 
 
With a family-feel and a friendly team of staff, you'll be supported by a management team who really care about every member of staff. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work collaboratively in a team, and strong communication skills are key.

This is a permanent Level 3 Early Years Practitioner role to work full-time (40 hours per week) with a salary of up to £30k per annum. Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential and previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is required for this Early Years Practitioner position.    

As a L3 qualified Early Years Practitioner, some of your duties will include:       

• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development     
• Using the EYFS curriculum to assist and support children with early reading and literacy and early maths skills development  
• Creating a stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive  
• Planning and encouraging play-based activities and learning  
• Carrying out observations and planning next steps for your key children
