The role

As Room Manager, you will:

• Lead the daily practice and organisation of your nursery room
• Inspire and support your team to deliver high-quality care and education
• Deliver an ambitious EYFS curriculum
• Create safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
• Build strong partnerships with families
• Uphold safeguarding, welfare and Ofsted-ready standards

What you'll need

Essential:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above)
• Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
• Experience leading or supporting a team
• A passion for excellence and nurturing child development

Desirable:

• Paediatric First Aid / Food Hygiene
• Leadership CPD and ambition to progress further
