About the Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, stimulating and nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident and inspired to explore the world around them.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help deliver engaging learning experiences, support children's individual development and build positive relationships with families, ensuring every child receives the very best start in life.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences
• Planning and delivering engaging activities that reflect children's interests and developmental needs
• Observing, assessing and contributing to children's learning journeys
• Building strong, professional partnerships with parents and carers
• Creating an inclusive, stimulating and welcoming learning environment
• Supporting children's emotional wellbeing, confidence and independence
• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding childcare and education

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification
• Have experience working within a nursery, preschool or childcare setting
• Have a good understanding of the EYFS 
• Are passionate about helping children reach their full potential
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Understand the importance of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
• Are reliable, enthusiastic and committed to delivering high-quality care and education
• Enjoy working as part of a supportive and professional team
• Are keen to continue developing your skills and career
