About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant nursery setting in London. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional care and education, creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Childcare & Education: Deliver high-quality learning and care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• Key Person Duties: Act as a designated "Key Person" for a specific group of children, building strong developmental bonds with them and their families.

• Planning & Observation: Observe, assess, and plan engaging play-based activities (indoors and outdoors) that cater to each child’s individual developmental milestones.

• Safeguarding & Welfare: Strictly adhere to safeguarding policies (including KCSIE and local procedures) to ensure the health, safety, and overall welfare of all children at all times.

• Parent Partnerships: Maintain open, professional relationships with parents and carers, providing daily updates on children’s progress, well-being, and daily routines.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with nursery colleagues, support students/volunteers, and actively participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development.
